Since January 2017
Connected through the University of Georgia, Entrepreneurship Program, I began working with this project located in Watkisville,GA alongside of College of Environment and Design Professor, Donnie Longnecker. This parcel of land is a little over 200 acres that the foundation is wanting to turn into an events and conferencing venue. I was brought in to pull industry statistics and make a financial model to determine if the business would be profitable.
Since August 2016
Started as just an idea, but came into play during the 2016-17 FABricate Entrepreneurial Initiative. I pitched this idea of a Marina B&B and received initial funding of $1,500 to further my idea. This funding allowed me to work with a design studio to create 3D renderings, build a website, and further promote my idea.

Working alongside of my classmates, Alexis Barnes, William Lacksen, and Daniel Welliver, we pitched a plan to the owner of Royal Rose Bakery, Mimi on how to make her business more marketable and thus, more profitable. My role with this project was creative design where I mocked up a logo and website for her. To see our full work, check out the documents below.
